I am not sure that you can teach without being a believer in dreams.

There maybe jobs where getting through the day is the best you can hope for, but we are really in the business of optimism.  And perhaps more challenging than that is we have to convince young people that have not necessarily believed in dreaming to buy into our belief that you can’t afford not to dream.
