Today TG people, people of color, and all the LGBTQ folks got our hope back.

It was hard to keep faith in our country and in our neighbors.

But today a human being took office and I sold a book.  In 4 days some young person

is going to see hope through my eyes.  They will see that belief matters and that hanging on

was worth it.  Most important they will see they are not alone.

It is the best thing in my life that I have had a voice in this chorus for change even it is a tiny one.  I hope the new owner of my book still believes too.
